Writing goal

My writing goal is to spell the initial sounds of unknown words.

E.g. bl - black, gr - group her is my proof...

               My school camp

I like the most that we got to go into this little classroom and a Zookeeper told us  things about the zoo and all the things that were in the room like stuffed animals.

People had brought the stuffed animal from other countries so they were taken off the people And put in a classroom at the zoo.They let people touch the furry ones but not just the ones  with feathers because they will deteriorate and fall off.

We also went to Rangitoto Island on a ferry and I spotted a Stitchbird and a North Island Saddleback on the island that I have never seen in Rotorua.

Reflection: I now know to sound out the whole word to help spell it. I can always sound out the beginning of words correctly.
